• Frontend Expertise: Strong, production-proven experience in building highly interactive and SEO-optimized web applications using React and Next.js.

• Backend Expertise: Deep understanding of server-side engineering with Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks) and asynchronous programming.

• Data & Cloud: Solid experience working with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases, alongside familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Docker/Kubernetes environments.

• Fintech Domain (Bonus): Prior experience in building financial systems, payment gateways, or highly secure data-driven platforms is highly advantageous.
