This is an outsourced position with a leading marketing agency client of Acendae, a leading marketing agency working with world-class clients including Unilever and Fonterra. We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Account Manager Intern to support the client’s account management team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in client communication, project coordination, and the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced agency.

Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months, with strong potential for promotion to a junior/associate position
Start date: ASAP

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the account management team with client communication and follow-ups
• Coordinating projects between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Assisting with scheduling, reporting, and operational tasks
• Helping translate client requests into clear project briefs
• Learning how to build strong client relationships and contribute to successful marketing campaigns

What we’re looking for

• Fluent in English and Sinhala, both written and spoken
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote working environment
