HelloZEE is looking for a motivated and organized Project Management Intern who is passionate about technology and enjoys working with people. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience managing software projects, communicating with clients, and coordinating development teams.

As a Project Management Intern, you will work closely with our developers to ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining excellent client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to build real-world experience in project management within a fast-growing software company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing software development projects.
• Communicate directly with local and international clients via email, meetings, WhatsApp, and video calls.
• Gather client requirements and prepare clear project documentation.
• Coordinate tasks between developers, designers, and other team members.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Schedule meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
• Track project milestones and identify potential risks early.
• Update project status reports for clients and internal teams.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Help improve internal project management processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in IT, Software Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with software development concepts is an advantage.
