About the Opportunity
We are seeking a driven, commercially minded, and articulate Business Development Executive – IT on behalf of our client, a progressive IT firm based in Australia.
This is a full-time, 100% remote position designed for a tech-sales professional who excels at building B2B relationships. In this role, you will be the front-facing representative of the company, directly consulting with and managing accounts for Australian-based corporate clients.
Because you will be working closely with international stakeholders, the successful candidate must be fully comfortable working aligned with Australian business hours (AEST/AWST).
Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities within the enterprise tech space.

Actively consult with Australian prospects and clients to understand their business bottlenecks and pitch tailored software solutions.

Deliver presentations and demonstrate the value proposition of core product offerings.

Maintain an accurate pipeline and manage end-to-end client communications professionally.

Coordinate seamlessly with the cross-border technical and management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of successful business development/sales experience within the IT sector.

Domain Knowledge: A solid conceptual understanding of business software landscapes, including ERP, CRM, HRMS, and cloud solutions.

Communication: Flawless, professional English communication skills (both written and verbal) suitable for direct corporate interaction with Australian clients.

Timezone Flexibility: Ability to work early morning shifts to fully align with Australian working hours.

High levels of emotional intelligence, negotiation skills, and a self-motivated approach to remote work.
