- Job Postings: Employers are solely responsible for the content of their job postings. All job advertisements must be truthful and not misleading.
- Pricing & Payments: All payments for job posting packages are non-refundable. The terms of each package (duration, number of posts) are as described on the website.
- Compliance: You agree that all job postings and hiring practices will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Sri Lanka.
- No Guarantee: While we strive to connect you with the best candidates, we do not guarantee that your job post will result in a successful hire.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. itjobs.lk makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, itjobs.lk, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
