Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional to design, implement, and support ERP/CRM solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with business process knowledge to deliver scalable, audit-grade solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Implementation
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, Manufacturing).
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Data warehouse analysis and design, data modelling and data security
- Engineering new data pipelines and supporting existing models on Azure Data Factory
- System Administration
- Manage user roles, security, and compliance policies.
- Ensure system performance, data integrity, and audit-grade reproducibility.
- Integration & Development
- Develop customizations using Power Platform, X++, C#, or .NET.
- Integrate Dynamics within the Microsoft Eco System Apps
- Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide Level 2/3 support for Dynamics 365 applications.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in workflows, reports, and integrations.
- Training & Documentation
- Create user guides, SOPs, and internal documentation.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of ERP/CRM business processes (procurement, sales, inventory, production, finance).
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, or Manufacturing).
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in SSAS, SSIS and SSRS
- Experience with Azure, Databricks, OneLake and Fabric suite
- Strong understanding of data structures, theories and best practices.
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience with SQL Server, Azure services, and data migration tools.
- Knowledge of customization and development (X++, C#, .NET, JavaScript).
- Eloquent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or higher (Finance/SCM/CRM).
- Experience in manufacturing module (production planning, shop floor control).
- Familiarity with audit-grade reporting and compliance workflows.
- Background in project management or Agile methodologies.
