The Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary Senior / Lead AI Engineer with strong, practical expertise in Prompt Engineering and Agentic AI Development to join our dynamic, fully remote team. This is a crucial role where you will be instrumental in designing intelligent workflows, building cutting-edge AI-driven automation systems, and optimizing model behavior across diverse business use cases.
This position is ideal for an innovator ready to push the boundaries of LLM integration and autonomous systems.
Key Responsibilities
Prompt Engineering & Optimization
- Design, develop, and refine high-quality LLM prompts for targeted outcomes.
- Experiment, evaluate, and fine-tune prompts for maximum accuracy, relevance, and creativity.
- Analyze AI responses to identify and resolve bias, inconsistency, or inefficiencies to ensure peak performance.
AI Agent Development
- Build, test, and deploy autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents using open-source frameworks and APIs.
- Design and implement resilient agentic platforms for complex reasoning, planning, and executing multi-step tasks.
- Integrate LLMs with tools, databases, and APIs (e.g., RAG) for enhanced functionality.
Collaboration & Integration
- Collaborate closely with AI researchers, product managers, and engineers to seamlessly integrate AI solutions.
- Document prompt and agent design methodologies, ensuring adoption of best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in LLMs, AI orchestration, and multi-agent systems.
Qualifications
Technical Mastery (Required)
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, NLP, or LLM-based systems.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- LLM Tools: Extensive experience developing LLM-integrated applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
- System Knowledge: Familiarity with API integrations, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Deployment: Experience in the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of production AI applications.
- Design: Strong solutioning and automation design skills focused on delivering outcome-oriented results.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovation-driven environment.
- Familiarity with financial or gaming industry processes and data is an added advantage.
