The Opportunity

We are searching for a versatile Full-Stack AI Multimedia Developer—a rare talent who bridges the gap between sophisticated software engineering and high-end creative production.
If you can build a robust web application and also design the realistic AI Avatar that lives inside it, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Engineering: Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js.

AI & Backend Integration: Use Python to integrate AI models and APIs, ensuring seamless communication between the backend logic and the user interface.

AI Avatar Development: Create and edit high-fidelity AI Chat Agents and Avatars.

Creative Production: Execute professional-grade Graphics, Video, and Audio editing specifically optimized for AI-driven characters (lip-syncing, voice cloning, and movement).

UI/UX Implementation: Translate complex AI functionalities into intuitive, responsive frontend experiences.
Technical Requirements

Software Development: 2+ years of experience with Node.js, React, and Next.js.

AI Engineering: Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML integration (OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar).

Multimedia Mastery: Proven experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Audio Engineering (Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).

AI Tools: Familiarity with AI media generation tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Midjourney, D-ID).

Communication: Fluency in English is essential for direct collaboration with the Australian leadership team.
