Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shift: To align with Australian Business Hours

Experience: Completed Internship/Training (Minimum 6 Months)

 

Role Overview

Are you a tech-savvy developer who enjoys solving complex puzzles and building modern web applications? We are partnering with an Australian-based firm to find a Full Stack Associate & Technical Solutions Engineer.

This is a unique “80/20” hybrid role designed for growth. You will spend 80% of your time on core software development (coding new features) and 20% providing L1 technical support to our Australian client base. This position offers direct international exposure and is perfect for an Associate Engineer looking to master both development and client-side troubleshooting.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Must have completed a minimum of 6 months of internship or formal training in a software engineering environment.

  • Communication: Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory. You must be comfortable and professional when communicating directly with Australian clients via chat or calls.

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • Nationality: This position is open exclusively to Sri Lankan citizens.

 

Technical Stack & Requirements

  • Software Development (80%):

    • Proficiency in React.js and Next.js for frontend development.

    • Solid understanding of Node.js for backend services.

    • Basic knowledge of Python for scripting and data tasks.

  • L1 Support & Systems (20%):

    • Strong foundational knowledge in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs).

    • Proven ability in Remote Troubleshooting and system diagnostics.

    • Ability to handle L1 support tickets and provide timely technical resolutions for Australian clients.
