Job Description

Are you a QA Automation Engineer who is passionate about building robust, scalable, and efficient test solutions? We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team in a full-time, remote role. You will be a key player in ensuring software quality by designing and maintaining comprehensive automated test suites and collaborating with our development teams to deliver exceptional products.

What You’ll Be Doing

➤ Develop and execute automated tests to verify the functionality, performance, and security of our applications.

➤ Design and maintain test automation architecture to ensure broad and scalable test coverage.

➤ Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing seamlessly into the software development lifecycle.

➤ Create detailed test plans that cover a variety of testing types, including functional and non-functional tests.

➤ Analyze test results, report issues, and work with the team to resolve defects promptly.

➤ Continuously improve our testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

➤ Use your coding skills to enhance automation scripts and frameworks.

➤ Apply logical reasoning to solve complex problems and create innovative testing strategies.

➤ Communicate your testing strategies and results clearly to stakeholders.

 

What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong understanding of QA principles and best practices.

✅ Proficiency in a programming language such as Java, Python, or a similar language used in automation.

✅ Experience designing and executing test plans and automation architectures.

✅ Ability to translate complex requirements into effective testing strategies.

✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

✅ Clear written and verbal communication skills.

 

Bonus Qualifications:

✅ Experience testing web, mobile, and desktop applications.

✅ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

✅ A proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
