The Role
This position is designed for a strategic digital marketer who can operate with high autonomy. You will be responsible for the entire marketing lifecycle—from conducting independent market research and competitor analysis to executing strategic distribution across global social platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Market Intelligence: Independently conduct deep-dive research and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the Australian and global MedTech landscapes.

LinkedIn Strategy: Serve as the lead for the brand’s LinkedIn presence, focusing on B2B networking, executive branding, and industry thought leadership.

SEO & Growth: Implement SEO best practices and digital marketing campaigns to drive organic reach and enhance the firm’s online authority.

Strategic Branding: Maintain and elevate the firm’s professional image across all digital touchpoints.

Self-Managed Execution: Work under minimal supervision to manage marketing timelines, ensuring all output aligns with the firm’s premium brand standards.
Requirements

Experience: Proven track record in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Brand Management.

Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of SEO tools and modern social media management platforms.

B2B Expertise: Significant experience in leveraging LinkedIn for professional brand growth and lead generation.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills (essential for a global Australian-based audience).
