Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Full Stack Engineer to join a dynamic international team based in Australia. This is a 100% remote position that offers the opportunity to work across the entire product lifecycle—from architecting modern frontends to building robust, data-driven backends.
The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in an Agile environment and is comfortable switching between high-performance web interfaces and complex server-side logic.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and scale end-to-end features using React and Next.js for the frontend.

Architect and maintain efficient backend services using Node.js and Python.

Design and manage scalable databases and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.

Collaborate directly with Australian product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Ensure high code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and documentation.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional industrial experience as a Full Stack Engineer.

Frontend: Expert proficiency in React and Next.js (including SSR/SSG patterns and the App Router).

Backend: Strong experience with Node.js and Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).

Communication: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory for seamless collaboration with the Australian team.

Database: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.

Tools: Proficiency with Git, Docker, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
