We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Head of HR for a leading IT organization in Colombo. This role is designed for a high-performing leader who excels at bridging the gap between people operations and business growth.
The Role
The Head of HR will be responsible for leading the entire HR department, ensuring that people strategies are executed with precision. You will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management within a fast-paced tech environment.
Requirements

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT Industry within an HR function.

Leadership: Minimum 5 years in a Management or Leadership role.

Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile HR, Sri Lankan Labor Law, and tech-specific retention strategies.

Education: Professional qualification in HR (CIPM/SHRM/CIPD) / Degree in HR. Having a Masters Degree will be an added advantage.
