We are exclusively headhunting for a visionary CHRO to join the executive board of a premier IT firm. This is a transformation-heavy role for a leader who can shape the long-term human capital architecture of a global-facing organization.
The Role
As CHRO, you will be a strategic partner to the CEO and the Board of Directors. You will not just manage HR; you will design the culture, the leadership pipeline, and the global talent strategy that will define the firm’s success for the next decade.
Requirements

Industry Foundation: Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT Industry in HR.

Executive Experience: Minimum 8 years in a senior Management/Leadership HR role (Director or Head level).

Vision: Proven track record in organizational design, digital HR transformation, and high-level stakeholder management.

Education: Master’s degree or MBA from a recognized institution is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Direct the long-term organizational strategy at a board level.

Lead the firm’s employer branding and global talent value proposition.

Oversee executive succession planning and leadership development.

Drive organizational change management and digital HR integration.
