What You’ll Be Doing
➤ Craft and implement robust, high-performance backend architectures for our applications.
➤ Design, document, and maintain the APIs that form the backbone of our core functionalities, from user authentication to transaction processing.
➤ Build and optimize both relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring a strong foundation with solid schema design and normalization.
➤ Enhance system responsiveness and reliability by implementing advanced performance techniques like caching and load balancing.
➤ Produce clean, scalable, and well-documented code, applying best practices and common design patterns (e.g., Singleton, Factory, Observer).
➤ Ensure the security and integrity of our data by implementing best-in-class authentication and data protection protocols.
➤ Engage in problem-solving, code reviews, and technical discussions to continuously raise the bar for our product quality.
➤ Clearly communicate architectural designs and system changes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
✅ Proven Experience: A solid track record of backend development using languages like Java, Python, Node.js, or Go.
✅ Architectural Prowess: A deep understanding of backend architectural design, RESTful API principles, and common design patterns.
✅ Database Expertise: Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including an understanding of schema design and normalization.
✅ Performance Mindset: Familiarity with performance optimization techniques to handle high traffic and enhance system responsiveness.
✅ Attention to Detail: Strong logical reasoning skills and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
✅ Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
