An innovative Australian MedTech Startup is looking for a Marketing & Branding Expert to lead our global expansion. This isn’t a role for a typical manager—we need a “Full-Stack” Marketer who can build a high-level strategy and then jump into Canva to bring it to life visually.
Based in Sri Lanka, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s presence in the Australian and global tech ecosystems.
The Role:

Strategic Branding: Develop and own the global brand identity for our MedTech products, specifically targeting the Australian healthcare and tech sectors.

Digital Marketing Mastery: Execute advanced digital campaigns (social media, SEO, and email) to drive global product awareness.

Content Creation: Hands-on creation of high-impact visual content, sales decks, and social media posts using Canva and similar creative tools.

Market Positioning: Translate complex medical technology into attractive, easy-to-understand branding for the Australian audience.
What We’re Looking For:

Australian Market Intelligence: Advanced knowledge of the Australian Tech/IT landscape is a must. You should understand how Australian businesses think and buy.

Digital Marketing Expert: Proven experience in running successful digital campaigns for tech-related products.

Creative Skills: Proficiency in Canva (or similar design apps) to create professional-grade marketing materials and social posts independently.

Communication Mastery: Exceptional English skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate at an executive level with Australian stakeholders.

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role for a tech company or startup is mandatory.
