ITJobs.lk is recruiting a versatile, high-energy professional for a permanent, 100% remote role with our Australian-based client.
This position is dedicated to supporting and growing their US-based clientele, requiring a unique blend of technical problem-solving and marketing savvy.
✨ The Role
You will be the primary point of contact for US customers while simultaneously supporting the global brand’s growth. This is a “dual-impact” role where customer satisfaction meets brand storytelling.
1. Client Support & Solutions (US Focused):

Proactive Support: Respond to client emails and inquiries regarding IT services and software applications with precision and speed.

Problem Solving: Provide technical solutions, clarify product features, and troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to US clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
2. Marketing & Branding Support:

Team Collaboration: Assist the Marketing and Branding team with content ideas, client testimonials, and brand consistency.

Market Insight: Use your direct client feedback to help the marketing team refine messaging for the US market.
🎯 Requirements

Experience: Proven track record of working with US-based clients in the IT or Software sector.

Communication: Exceptional English fluency (verbal and written) is non-negotiable. You must be comfortable communicating with US stakeholders.

Time Zone: Ability to work US Time Zones (Night shifts in Sri Lanka).

Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn new software applications and explain them to others.

Residency: Must be currently residing in Sri Lanka.
