About the Role

We are searching for a high-performing Data & Analytics Engineer to join a fast-growing US-based AI and Machine Learning enterprise. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data pipelines and AI-driven business intelligence, building production-grade transformations, robust data models, and high-velocity analytics infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Transformation & Modeling: Design, build, and maintain production data models using dbt, SQL, and Python.

  • Cloud Architecture: Optimize scalable data pipelines and data warehouse structures on platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS Redshift.

  • AI & ML Integration: Structure and clean large-scale datasets to feed downstream Machine Learning models and Generative AI pipelines.

  • DataOps & Quality: Implement automated data testing, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and data governance standards.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with US data science, product, and AI engineering teams to translate complex requirements into reliable data structures.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Business Intelligence.

  • Core Tech Stack:

    • Languages: Advanced SQL and Python.

    • Transformation: Strong expertise in dbt (data build tool).

    • Cloud Warehouses: Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.

    • Version Control & CI/CD: Git, GitHub/GitLab, and Airflow or Dagster orchestration.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication, self-management, and high comfort with asynchronous collaboration.

  • Availability: Flexible to work remote full-time hours aligned with US Timezones (EST/PST).
