📢 We’re Hiring – E-commerce Customer Service Executive

Location: Thirunelvely (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-time
🔹 Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to our products via email, marketplace messaging systems, and online platforms
- Provide support for orders, returns, cancellations, refunds, and order tracking
- Respond to customer questions on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce marketplaces
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, delivery, sales, and portfolio teams)
- Maintain accurate customer records, case logs, and reports
🔹 Requirements
- Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in Customer Service (E-commerce preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (written communication is very important)
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online systems
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally under pressure
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to handle customer communication across multiple marketplaces and regions
- Willingness to use AI tools to assist in understanding and responding in different languages when required
