Type: Full-Time Internship (6-Month Contract)

Role Overview:

Are you a passionate aspiring developer looking to kickstart your career in the global tech industry? We are seeking a motivated Intern Software Engineer to join an innovative Australian startup. This is a 6-month, full-time remote internship designed for someone who is eager to learn, contribute to real-world projects, and grow within a fast-paced startup environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Feature Development: Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using React and Python.

  • Bug Fixing: Work alongside senior engineers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.

  • Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning with the Australian team.

  • Documentation: Maintain clean, documented code and contribute to technical documentation.

 

Requirements:

  • Technical Basics: Fundamental knowledge of React (Frontend) and Python (Backend).

  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory for collaborating with the AU team.

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Soft Skills: A proactive “can-do” attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
