Available Career Levels:

Junior IT Recruiter: Less than 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.

Mid-Level IT Recruiter: 2 to 5 years of dedicated experience in IT recruitment.

Senior IT Recruiter: 5+ years of proven track record in end-to-end tech talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for diverse IT and tech roles (software engineering, DevOps, QA, product management, executive search, etc.).

Utilize advanced sourcing strategies on LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify top-tier passive tech talent.

Efficiently manage candidate pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Conduct thorough initial screenings and technical assessments to evaluate candidate fit.

Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships within the Sri Lankan and global tech ecosystem.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: Direct experience in IT Recruitment matching one of our career levels (Junior, Mid, or Senior).

Tools: Hands-on experience and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (Recruiter Lite/Corporate) and modern ATS platforms are mandatory.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are critical, as you will interact with high-level tech professionals and stakeholders.

Sourcing Skills: Strong boolean search capabilities and knowledge of the evolving tech landscape.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented remote environment.
