About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer to join a fast-growing, top-tier IT firm based in Singapore. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional product teams to design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.

This is a 100% full-time remote opportunity operating on Singapore Time (SGT).

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to understand user needs and product requirements.

  • Design wireframes, user flows, site maps, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

  • Create clean, modern, and scalable UI elements that adhere to modern design systems and brand guidelines.

  • Conduct basic user research, usability testing, and translate user feedback into effective design iterations.

  • Prepare visual design assets and handoff specifications for front-end development teams.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on industrial experience in UI/UX design.

  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your user-centered design process, wireframes, and final UI designs.

  • Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent UI/UX software.

  • Time Zone Alignment: Must be comfortable working full-time aligned with Singapore Business Hours (SGT).

  • Skills: Solid grasp of layout, typography, color theory, responsive design principles, and design systems.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with international teams.
