About the Role:
ITJobs.lk is pleased to partner with a leading IT Firm based in Australia to source a talented, self-motivated Mobile Developer. This is a 100% remote, full-time position offering the opportunity to work closely with an innovative international team while based entirely in Sri Lanka.
The ideal candidate is a skilled developer passionate about push-to-production excellence, specializing in cross-platform mobile app architecture using Flutter.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable mobile applications using Flutter.

Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineering teams in Australia to scope, build, and launch new features.

Ensure application quality, responsiveness, and performance through robust testing and code reviews.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application code to enhance user experience across iOS and Android platforms.

Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and practices to continuous improve development workflows.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent professional qualification.

Proven experience as a Mobile Developer with a strong, demonstrable portfolio of production-ready applications built using Flutter and Dart.

Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, including App Store and Google Play deployment practices.

Experience integrating RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and handling local state management solutions (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).

Strong command of English (both written and spoken) to effectively collaborate with cross-border stakeholders.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, manage timelines efficiently, and proactively solve technical problems.
