About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and business-savvy Product Specialist (Fintech Domain) on behalf of a top-tier IT firm based in Singapore. In this role, you will act as the crucial link between technical engineering teams, product management, and business stakeholders to drive the development, alignment, and implementation of cutting-edge financial technology solutions.

This is a 100% full-time remote position operating on Singapore Business Hours (SGT).

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Fintech processes, digital payment systems, e-wallets, and financial compliance workflows.

  • Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and product backlogs.

  • Collaborate closely with software engineers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to ensure end-to-end product delivery aligns with client vision.

  • Facilitate product demos, stakeholder workshops, and technical discussions with international client teams.

  • Monitor market trends in financial technology to provide actionable insights for product optimization and feature enhancements.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Domain Expertise: Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in the Fintech domain (digital banking, payment gateways, e-wallets, or core financial systems).

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with proven ability to present ideas clearly to executive stakeholders.

  • Time Zone Alignment: Must be fully available and comfortable working in sync with Singapore Business Hours (SGT).

  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to deconstruct complex financial workflows into actionable development tasks.

  • Collaboration: Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments with distributed cross-border teams.
