What You Will Do

Requirements Elicitation: Lead requirements gathering sessions (workshops, interviews) with stakeholders across product management, engineering, and operations.

Documentation: Own the creation and management of comprehensive documentation, including detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flows.

Strategic Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies, gap analysis, and market research to define solutions that align with business strategy and regulatory compliance within the financial sector.

Process Modeling: Analyze and model current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) state business processes, identifying opportunities for digital transformation and efficiency gains.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding throughout the development lifecycle.

Testing & Validation: Support Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure delivered solutions meet specified requirements and business objectives.
Key Requirements (Must-Haves)

Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services industry.

Technical Acumen: Proven ability to understand system architecture, APIs, and data models to effectively communicate technical limitations and opportunities.

Methodology: Strong practical experience working within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) development methodologies.

Modeling Tools: Proficiency with modeling tools (e.g., MS Visio, Lucidchart) for creating process maps (BPMN) and wireframes.

Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills (in English).

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA) are a strong advantage.
