About the Role
In this role, you will lead the requirement-gathering process for cutting-edge fintech products. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to transform high-level business visions into detailed technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities

Requirement Engineering: Elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business and functional requirements specifically for financial applications.

Fintech Innovation: Leverage your domain expertise to contribute to the design of digital wallets, payment gateways, or lending platforms.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a key consultant to senior management, providing data-driven insights to guide product strategy.

Agile Collaboration: Work within Agile frameworks to manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that delivered features meet business objectives and regulatory compliance standards.
Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a mandatory minimum of 2 years within the Fintech or Banking domain.

Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial regulations, digital payment ecosystems, and transaction processing.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma or Balsamiq).

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business requirements.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
