What You Will Do

Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality creative materials across multiple platforms, including digital ads, social media campaigns, print collateral, OOH (Out-of-Home), and corporate branding.

Lead the design process on key client projects, ensuring all visual output aligns perfectly with client briefs, brand guidelines, and creative strategy.

Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Copywriters, and Account Managers to develop integrated marketing campaigns.

Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guiding them on best practices and technical execution.

Stay ahead of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with significant experience in an advertising agency or fast-paced creative environment.

A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, color theory, layout, and integrated campaign design.

Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) or prototyping tools (Figma/Sketch) is a major advantage.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in English to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale to both internal teams and clients.

A relevant degree or professional qualification in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.
