About the Role

We are seeking a talented and high-performing Software Engineer (React & Next.js) on behalf of a top-tier IT firm headquartered in Singapore. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize scalable, user-centric web applications and digital platforms.

This is a 100% full-time remote role operating on Singapore Time (SGT).

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality, responsive, and performant frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers) to deliver robust solutions.

  • Write clean, maintainable, modular, and efficient code adhering to modern web development standards.

  • Integrate complex APIs and manage client-side state efficiently.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across varied browsers and devices.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on industrial software engineering experience focused on modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.

  • Core Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript/JavaScript.

  • Domain Advantage: Prior experience in developing eWallet, digital payment systems, or FinTech applications will be a strong added advantage.

  • Time Zone Alignment: Willingness and capability to work full-time aligned with Singapore Business Hours (SGT).

  • Engineering Standards: Solid understanding of SSR/SSG concepts, state management, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS).

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective international team collaboration.
