🎯 Key Responsibilities: The Blueprint for Success

The Solution Architect will own the end-to-end technical design and architecture for our most critical financial products.

• Cloud Architecture Leadership: Design and architect robust, cost-optimized solutions primarily leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP—focusing on serverless computing, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and highly available services.
• FinTech Domain Expertise: Translate complex financial business requirements (payments, lending, core banking, etc.) into secure, efficient, and regulatory-compliant technical solutions.
• Strategic Planning: Create comprehensive architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and non-functional requirements (NFRs) for scalability, performance, and security.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge between technical teams (DevOps, Development) and non-technical stakeholders (Product, Business Development) to align technical strategy with business goals.
• Technology Governance: Define technology standards, evaluate new tools, and ensure all development adheres to architectural best practices (e.g., Microservices, API Gateways).

🛠 Required Expertise & Qualifications

We are looking for a proven leader with deep domain and technical knowledge.

Non-Negotiable Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in software development, with 2+ years dedicated to a Solution or Software Architect role.
• Deep Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience architecting and deploying solutions on at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• FinTech Experience: Demonstrated experience designing systems in the financial services sector (e.g., Payment Gateways, Core Banking, Trading Platforms, or high-volume Transactional Systems).
• Architectural Mastery: Expertise in designing and documenting modern architectures (Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Service Mesh) and applying design patterns.
• Strong understanding of Data Security and Regulatory Compliance in a financial context.

Education & Professional Skills:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• TOGAF or Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence and align diverse teams.
