About the Client: ITJobs.lk is conducting a talent search on behalf of a leading multinational software development company. Our client is a global leader known for its innovative products and collaborative work environment. The Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer/Developer to join a dynamic team. You will be instrumental in the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualizing user-centric designs to implementing them in code. This role is a perfect blend of design expertise and technical development skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Translate design concepts into high-quality, reusable code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design quality and feasibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer/Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Solid understanding of front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS (SASS/LESS), and JavaScript.
  • Experience with a modern front-end framework like React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong passion for creating beautiful, accessible, and functional user experiences.
  • Professional Qualification

 

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience with motion design and animation.
