About the Role

We are searching for a high-performing Tech Lead to join a premier Singapore-based Fintech enterprise. In this role, you will drive technical architecture, lead a high-caliber engineering team, and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient financial technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering best practices in code quality, architecture design, and agile execution.

  • Architecture & Development: Design and build high-performance, secure fintech applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python.

  • System Design: Drive end-to-end technical strategy, microservices architecture, and API integrations for complex financial platforms.

  • Code Review & Standards: Ensure high code coverage, strict security protocols, and optimal performance across all layers.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, executive leadership, and global stakeholders to align engineering goals with business objectives.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 6+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with proven leadership or tech lead experience.

  • Core Tech Stack: Advanced hands-on proficiency in:

    • Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript

    • Backend: Node.js, Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask)

  • Domain Expertise: Experience in Fintech, Banking, or Financial Systems is highly preferred (e.g., payment gateways, trading platforms, ledger systems, or security compliance).

  • Leadership & Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Timezone Availability: Comfortable working full-time aligned with Singapore Timezone (SGT).
