Your Role & Responsibilities

Infrastructure Growth: Identify and develop new enterprise-level business opportunities specifically within the Sri Lankan IT infrastructure market.

C-Suite Engagement: Effectively engage with C-level executives and key IT decision-makers to discuss mission-critical hardware needs.

Solution Architecture: Understand intricate client requirements to propose tailored, high-impact infrastructure and network solutions.

Technical Collaboration: Work closely with technical pre-sales and engineering teams to ensure the feasibility of hardware deployments.

Full Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation to project closure and hardware delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 7–8+ years of proven success in IT sales or technology business development.

Subject Matter Expertise: A strong understanding of Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Network Security, and System Integration.

Communication: Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Client Management: Demonstrated ability to manage high-value corporate and enterprise-level accounts.
