About the Role
ITJobs.lk is seeking an experienced, high-performing Sales & Marketing Manager on behalf of our client, a prominent Australia-based IT firm expanding its cybersecurity footprint in Sri Lanka.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end sales and marketing initiatives to promote and sell cutting-edge cybersecurity products and managed services. While this is a remote position, you will be expected to actively engage in client visits and face-to-face pitch meetings across Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to grow the client base for cybersecurity products and services.

Identify new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and close deals with local enterprise clients.

Conduct in-person client visits, executive presentations, and solution demos to key decision-makers.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and local industry demands within the cybersecurity domain.

Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure proposed security solutions meet client requirements.
Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience selling and promoting cybersecurity products or IT security services in Sri Lanka.

Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and managing client relationships within the local B2B/Enterprise market.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication and presentation skills.

Mobility: Willingness and ability to conduct regular on-site client visits across Sri Lanka.

Self-Motivated: Strong ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing field activities efficiently.
