About the Role

Are you a recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems looking to launch an international ERP consulting career?

We are partnering with a growing Australian ERP consultancy to sponsor driven graduates through formal Acumatica Cloud ERP certification and hands-on training. This position offers a sponsored pathway to becoming an internationally certified ERP Business Consultant, starting with a structured learning phase and progressing into live Australian consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete structured Acumatica Cloud ERP module training and pass official certification exams.

• Learn to map business processes across financial management, supply chain, and operational workflows.

• Assist senior consultants with system configuration, data migration, and functional documentation.

• Participate in client requirement-gathering sessions and solution design reviews.

• Gradually transition into hands-on client implementation and project delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Fresh or recent Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Aptitude: Strong analytical mindset, interest in business software systems, and solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

• Communication: Clear verbal and written English skills suitable for international stakeholder interaction.

• Mindset: High self-motivation, quick learning ability, and eagerness to earn global ERP certifications.

• Structured Retainer Model: Guaranteed fixed monthly retainer during the initial training and certification period.

• Project Top-Up Pay: Additional hourly/project allowance once assigned to active client project work.
