About the Role

We are partnering with an expanding Australian IT and cloud advisory consultancy to recruit high-potential Finance and Accounting graduates in Sri Lanka who are keen to learn modern cloud ERP solutions and obtain official professional certifications.

This position is structured as a cost-effective, long-term consulting arrangement. It begins with a guaranteed monthly base retainer during your initial training and certification phase—covering all study paths toward official Acumatica Cloud Certifications—and is supplemented by additional project-based payments as you transition onto live Australian client implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Sponsored Certifications & Training: Complete guided self-study modules and pass official cloud ERP and Acumatica certification exams.

• Financial Workflow Mapping: Learn to map core accounting processes (General Ledger, AP, AR, and Financial Reporting) into advanced software configurations.

• Implementation Support: Assist senior consultants with system configuration, data mapping, system testing, and user documentation.

• Client Delivery: Gradually participate in requirement-gathering sessions and live project tasks for Australian client accounts.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Recent Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or professional qualifications (CIMA / ACCA operational levels welcome).

• Financial Aptitude: Solid understanding of core accounting principles, business operations, and financial workflows.

• Communication: Clear verbal and written English communication skills for direct Australian client and team interactions.

• Mindset: Eagerness to master cloud software, strong logical reasoning, and high self-motivation.

• Schedule: Ability to work standard Sri Lankan business hours with flexible availability for Australian client meetings.

• Retainer + Project Pay: Modest fixed monthly base retainer securing ongoing commitment during training, plus additional hourly/project pay for live billable work.
