About the Role

ITJobs.lk is seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist on behalf of our client—a leading IT service provider in Colombo. If you have a proven track record of executing high-impact digital campaigns and scaling online visibility for technology and corporate services, this is your opportunity to drive growth with an industry leader.

In this role, you will lead our client’s digital footprint across multiple channels, owning SEO strategies, performance marketing campaigns, email marketing workflows, and lead-generation initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive B2B lead generation and brand awareness.

  • Own and execute on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and visibility.

  • Manage, optimize, and scale multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (including social media, search, and display advertising).

  • Design, implement, and track targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients.

  • Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and ROI using analytics tools, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging marketing collateral and copy.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on professional experience in SEO, digital marketing, and email marketing campaigns (preferably within the IT or tech services sector).

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and performance ad managers.

  • Content & Strategy: Solid understanding of inbound marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and social media algorithms.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Work Setup: Ability to work in a hybrid environment out of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
