About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive (IT) on behalf of a fast-growing, Australian-based IT firm. In this role, you will lead client acquisition, manage sales pipelines, conduct live software demonstrations, and drive digital marketing campaigns targeting international markets.
This is a 100% full-time remote opportunity operating on Australian Time Zone hours.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and convert international sales leads into long-term clients.

Conduct engaging online product demonstrations and sales presentations to global prospects.

Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across digital channels to generate quality B2B leads.

Build and maintain strong relationship pipelines with international business clients.

Collaborate with technical teams to understand product capabilities and articulate business value clearly.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on Sales & Marketing experience within the IT/Software industry.

Demonstrated Skills: Proven track record of selling, promoting, and presenting live software/tech demos to international clients.

Digital Marketing: Strong practical knowledge of B2B digital marketing strategies, campaign management, and lead generation.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with high persuasive capability.

Time Zone Alignment: Must be fully comfortable working aligned with Australian Business Hours.
