About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Game Developer on behalf of a fast-growing, top-tier gaming firm based in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying engaging, high-performance web and mobile games.

This is a 100% full-time remote opportunity designed exclusively for talent residing in Sri Lanka, offering flexible working hours to fit your creative productivity cycle.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, build, and optimize high-quality interactive games using modern game engines and frameworks.

  • Collaborate with graphic designers, sound engineers, and product managers to translate concepts into smooth gameplay mechanics.

  • Implement robust game logic, user interfaces, visual effects, and sound integration.

  • Optimize game performance, load times, and frame rates across varied browsers and mobile devices.

  • Maintain clean, modular, and reusable code while adhering to industry best practices.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the gaming industry as a Game Developer.

  • Domain Advantage: Prior experience in developing Casino games, Poker, Card games, or iGaming platforms is a strong added advantage.

  • Creativity: Exceptional creative thinking with a passion for designing engaging player experiences, mechanics, and visual flow.

  • Technical Mastery: Strong command of modern game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, Cocos2d, Pixi.js, or HTML5 game frameworks).

  • Location Constraint: Strictly open to Sri Lankan-based candidates only.

  • Communication: Good verbal and written English skills for seamless async collaboration with the international development team.
