About the Role

ITJobs.lk is seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager on behalf of a leading technology enterprise in Colombo.

In this onsite role, you will take charge of driving sales growth, developing strategic marketing campaigns, and expanding the market presence of our client’s comprehensive suite of IT products and services across Sri Lanka.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to promote IT products, enterprise software, and tech services.

  • Identify potential business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and close high-value B2B deals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, key decision-makers, and technology partners.

  • Plan and execute offline and digital marketing campaigns to elevate brand visibility and market position.

  • Present product demos, deliver solution proposals, and lead commercial contract negotiations onsite.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven sales and marketing experience in the local IT products and services sector.

  • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets in the Sri Lankan tech market.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication, pitching, and presentation skills.

  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of current IT products, enterprise tech solutions, and local industry trends.

  • Proactive Drive: High negotiation capability, strong interpersonal skills, and a strategic business mindset.
