• Conduct thorough initial screenings and technical assessments to evaluate candidate fit.

• Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships within the Sri Lankan and global tech ecosystem.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: Direct experience in IT Recruitment matching one of our career levels (Junior, Mid, or Senior).

• Tools: Hands-on experience and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (Recruiter Lite/Corporate) and modern ATS platforms are mandatory.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are critical, as you will interact with high-level tech professionals and stakeholders.

• Sourcing Skills: Strong boolean search capabilities and knowledge of the evolving tech landscape.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented remote environment.
